No PTZ or OSD Menu

I had to reconfigure my camera to get connected but there is no PTZ movement, no OSD menu, no presets, and no IR. The zoom works and the picture looks fine and it records. What should I try? I have electronic repair experience am I have the equipment to do component level repair.
