How to enable Firefox plugin for advanced Firefox browser versions?
First please make sure you have upgraded the camera to the firmware that supports Firefox.
Firefox has disabled support for NPAPI plugin which Sunba and other manufactures are using to support video stream on web interface since Version 52.
Below are steps that may re-activated the plugin for Firefox 52 or later. Since Firefox may limit the level of future support for NPAPI plugin, we suggest you use Internet Explore to access cameras for more stable experience and better performance.
Step1: Input about:config in Firefox address bar, hit enter
Please accept the warning message.
Step2: Right click and choose New,then Boolean
Please input name plugin.load_flash_only
Then click OK, choose false and click OK again.
Step3: Please restart Firefox and try again.
